📋 Description

• Manage Physician Coding Projects • Oversee Global and Domestic coding teams • Coordinate training and project development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of relevant experience • CPC from AAPC • Minimum of 3 years people management experience • Experience managing coding teams on large projects • Experience with project management within an academic medical center • Specialty credentials from the AAPC (would be nice to have) • Proficiency in multiple specialties (would be nice to have) • Good written and oral skills (would be nice to have) • Proficient with technology (would be nice to have)
