📋 Description

• Develop and deploy smart contracts on public blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, XRP). • Architect backend services using asynchronous workers and resilient messaging. • Ensure reliability in distributed and potentially unstable environments. • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. • Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices. • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and other tools. • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 6+ years of software development experience • Hands-on experience with at least one public blockchain protocol • Proficiency in smart contract development and deployment • Familiarity with Rust/Go, Node/Client protocols • Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain interoperability • Proficiency in at least one backend language; willingness to learn Rust and Java • Experience with SQL and cloud databases (AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, Azure) • Expertise in secure software development practices • Proven ability to mentor and guide engineering teams • Experience working with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools • Strong background in unit and integration testing
