📋 Description

• Engage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria • Articulate the value of recommended solutions and approaches to customer stakeholders • Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions • Synthesize requirements into user stories and solution design documentation • Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements • Develop Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration, complex data models, external integrations, business process automation, and custom functionality • Develop industry accelerators and contribute to thought leadership white papers • Draft custom development specifications and manage functionality delivery and testing by development resources • Iterate Salesforce solutions through an adaptive-agile cycle with the customer Product Owner • Develop training curricula and deliver end-user training • Work with the Guidehouse Project Manager to manage projects against scope, budget, and timeline expectations

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience • Minimum of TEN (10) years of work experience in information technology systems development • Minimum of SIX (6) years of experience administering or consulting with Salesforce • Minimum of TWO (2) current Salesforce certifications, including Admin, App Builder, and Sales/Service/Community Clouds • Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative automation features, including Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder • Experience building applications with Salesforce Lightning Experience low-code features • Experience with dynamic forms, advanced formulas, and validation rules • Experience with business process definition, process mapping, and reengineering • Experience writing Epics and user stories to capture Salesforce requirements • Experience with data migrations to and from Salesforce • Understanding of B2B, B2C, and hybrid business models • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Great teamwork and collaboration skills • Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology • Active SECRET or higher-level clearance preferred • Experience in a Big 4 or equivalent consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner highly desired • Experience with public sector clients preferred • Demonstrable experience in at least one Public Sector Solutions or Omnistudio consulting area • Consulting degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering • MBA preferred
