📋 Description

• Define the comprehensive, multi-year product strategy and execution roadmap for Policy and Billing. • Drive market-driven innovation by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. • Lead, mentor, and scale a globally distributed, high-performance product management and domain expert organization. • Operate as a highly influential member of the Product Leadership Team. • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to establish and exceed annual revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive product management leadership experience within a commercial enterprise software organization, or equivalent experience with P&C Industry core systems (Policy Administration, Billing). • Deep, demonstrated experience (5+ years) managing and scaling cloud-native business applications. • Proven ability to thrive and lead through influence in a complex, matrixed global organization. • Expert-level understanding of highly configurable enterprise software products, coupled with strong business acumen for driving revenue and portfolio success. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of persuasively presenting complex technical and business concepts to C-suite executives, customers, and industry analysts. • Education: BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
