• Proven experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordinator role • Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to multitask under pressure • Good to have experience in Graphic Design/Image Editing • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment • Good command of MS Excel/Google sheets and digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Trello, or project management software) • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy • Fluent in English communication
