📋 Description

• Daily setup and optimization of client campaigns on Facebook to generate cost-effective lead flow • Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns • Understand funnels and digital marketing strategies and follow company processes • Launch new campaigns for recently onboarded clients • Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs such as Cost Per Lead are met • Organize creative, perform weekly/monthly reporting, and research market creative inspiration • Communicate with assigned Account Manager and Coach in each account • Participate in team/department and Media Buyer meetings • Manage paid performance reporting process and communicate results daily, weekly, or monthly • Work with up to 100 active clients at a time • Make creative suggestions, conduct beta tests, and educate the team on new methods (e.g., Google and TikTok ads)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s (Preferred) • 1+ year experience and knowledge of online funnel marketing and local lead generation • Minimum 1 year Facebook Ads Experience • Facebook and Google Advertising experience (preferred) • Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets, Docs) and Office (Excel, Word) • Experience with project management tools such as Asana • Coachability • Obsessed with achieving results • Excellent analytical skills with ability to look at data and make decisions • Excellent organization and time management skills • Strong Wi-Fi, computer with a webcam, and a private space for taking meetings • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Facebook policies, strategies, design tools and applications • Facebook Compliance Mastered (Facebook Blueprint) • Passion for fitness • Ready and willing to dedicate time to a high-performance team with AMAZING clients
