• Be responsible for developing Wellhub’s portfolio of corporate companies • Research, map, and develop plans for each prospective client • Design new strategies to attract new clients across multiple sectors and geographies • Customize business proposals according to the needs and interests of each prospect • Engage with potential clients to explain the Wellhub concept, and understand how it might align with their business objectives • Map the decision-making process of each prospect to optimize conversions at each stage • Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at external/industry forums • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential Decision Makers • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your team’s. • Strong commercial background - focused on HR decision-makers • Previous experience in consultative selling process; • Understanding of a start-up business and its further development to mature and consolidated business and operational structure; • Track record of exceeding targets; • Proactive approach and ability to work independently; • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong listening and communication skills; • A zest for a dynamic, fast-paced environment; • Positive attitude and team spirit. • Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced level of English. • Residence in the North region or Brasília is a plus.
