📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert in people data (publications, clinical trials, affiliations, society memberships, conference engagements) • Operate as a data steward to validate and inform data quality and completeness processes • Maintain consistency and integrity of data research • Understand external data across regions and assess the healthcare data landscape • Drive change through recommending process and performance improvement initiatives • Collaborate with team members in the United States and India • Identify, explain, and evaluate operational and data source problems and propose solutions • Assess quality and completeness of regional data sources and inform technologically/strategically-driven data collection efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management and cross team collaboration (minimum 1 year) • Relevant experience in research, healthcare, data, or related fields required (excluding internship experience) • Strong secondary research skills, especially scientific literature and internet searches • Fluent Korean reading skills and intermediate Korean writing skills • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills • Interest in healthcare, data, problem-solving, and collaboration • Knowledge of research methods, data analysis, quality metrics and SQL is a plus • Experience with Jira or other project management software - Desired • Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across geographies
