📋 Description

• Respond promptly to escalated tickets and prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact • Provide advanced support for escalated issues involving system performance, network connectivity, and application errors • Collaborate with third-party vendors • Ensure timely completion of projects • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and all other infrastructure systems • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively • Ensure compliance with internal Security policies • Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives • Document processes, configurations, and system changes • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end-users • Provide training, guidance, and mentor to junior staff • Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience System Administrator or a related technical role • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Server OS, Active Directory, SFTP and basic networking • Working knowledge of project management and ticket software like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
