📋 Description

• Harbor is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to join its legal technology team focused on CLM • Role supports Contract Lifecycle Management service line: assess, roadmap, optimize, select, implement, enhance, and support CLM solutions • Immediate focus: support a multi-year CLM implementation as primary project manager and configuration lead • Responsibilities include facilitating workshops with legal, business, and IT stakeholders; developing recommendations and implementation roadmaps; and creating CLM process documentation and deliverables • Define change management strategies, develop training curriculum and materials, and lead end-user training in partnership with technology providers • Serve as lead project manager: create and maintain project schedules, manage budget and scope, provide routine status updates, track/report issues, and coordinate with third-party vendors • Provide hands-on implementation support, system configuration of workflows and templates, and drive completion of deliverables and client commitments • Develop and grow client relationships through exceptional service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in legal consulting or with a CLM provider, specifically in a customer facing role advising clients • Preferred hands-on experience implementing, using, or administering Evisort • Significant experience performing CLM process and/or technology assessments, selecting and implementing CLM platforms, designing CLM operating models, creating CLM documentation, or advising on best practices • Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, or equivalent combination of experience and education • Demonstrated knowledge of industry leading CLM technologies and service providers • Knowledge of AI opportunities and best practices throughout the contract lifecycle • Knowledge of CLM stakeholders and their typical roles and responsibilities • Knowledge of common legal operations and CLM platform integrations • Knowledge of components of a highly developed CLM program • Knowledge of IT implementation methodologies and controls • Experience managing project budgets, resources, and timelines • Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent engagements and clients • Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written, via data and deliverables, and verbally) • Keen attention to detail and capability to prepare polished client deliverables • Willingness to self-study and learn new concepts or technologies to solve problems • Aptitude and desire to learn and develop generative or other AI-enabled solutions • Have permanent US work authorization
