📋 Description

• Serving as Crisis Management Duty Officer acting as the primary point of contact for crisis notifications and incident escalation. • Monitoring of macro, operational, employee, and other types of business risks and determining potential impact to HCSC. • Activation of crisis teams and facilitation of discussions. • Management of employee mass notification. • Conducting crisis management exercises and administration of training for stakeholders. • Preparation of reports, incident briefings, risk assessments, and dashboards for review by senior leadership/ board of directors. • Develop and maintain software tools for Crisis Management utilization. • Design and generate management reports, including zip codes impacted by severe storms/flooding.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 8 years experience in crisis management, emergency management, disaster recovery planning, or business continuity OR Master’s degree and 5 years experience. • Ability to be on call to support off-hours emergencies. • Knowledge of crisis management, business continuity/disaster recovery planning methods. • Experience in managing significant, multi-state disruptive incidents. • Work management skills, including prioritizing, planning, and making progress on multiple simultaneous projects.
