• Direct sales to Hospitality customers is a plus! • 3 or more years business to business (B2B) sales experience. • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is required. • Has a passion for people! • Expert rapport building abilities is required. • Comfortable with travel within territories • Organizational skills and tech-savvy. • CRM experience- Salesforce or other • Knowledge in facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines. • Experience with consultative selling/solution selling. • Ability to develop call plans and proactively develop new business. • Ability to learn new techniques and open to new ideas.
