📋 Description

• Serve as the technical front door for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products • Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and work with engineering to get fixes shipped • Build code samples, demos, and SDKs that help customers integrate faster • Rewrite and expand documentation, tutorials, and guides based on real-world questions • Automate support workflows using internal tooling, scripts and AI-assisted systems • Collaborate with engineering on feature requests, bug reports, and customer-driven improvements • Live in Discord and Telegram to support developers, gather feedback, and spot new patterns • Partner with enterprise and ecosystem teams to design integrations and optimize performance • Prototype new experimental features alongside engineers and product owners based on customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical role (support, engineering, solutions or devrel) • Excitement for the Solana ecosystem, distributed systems, and internet capital markets • Comfort reading and writing code (TypeScript & Rust preferred) • Deep curiosity, bias for action, and ownership • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when breaking down complex technical ideas • Passion for helping developers and improving developer experience • Nice to Have: Experience with APIs, SDK design, or open-source contributions • Prior startup experience or work in a small, fast-moving team
