📋 Description

• Own and scale the paid acquisition engine across SEM, paid social, and other digital channels • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing paid media team • Define and execute the paid marketing roadmap with clear goals, KPIs, and testing frameworks • Identify new channels, platforms, and tactics to unlock scalable and efficient growth • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Brand, and Creative teams to optimize conversion and improve full-funnel performance • Build and evolve the infrastructure to measure campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on paid growth strategy and investment decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role at high-growth tech companies • Deep expertise in paid digital (SEM, Social), SEO and and conversion rate optimization • Data-driven — you can build dashboards, interpret performance signals, and drive action through insights • Thrive in fast-paced environments and love testing, learning, and iterating quickly • Hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels • Experience building and coaching growth teams and fostering a culture of ownership and experimentation • Clear, compelling communicator who can influence cross-functionally and inspire teams toward a shared vision
