📋 Description

• Provide group coaching services according to Healthy Gamer Coaching Standards and HG Institute Curriculum • Provide client-centered group coaching for individuals seeking support with life purpose, motivation, confidence, self-worth, communication, follow-through, and interpersonal relationships • Provide coaching services according to a self-determined schedule • Provide appropriate documentation for coaching services • Set and manage your own schedule, including client reschedules

🎯 Requirements

• Have already obtained a valid Coaching Certification through an accredited certifying body such as ICF, NBHWC, etc. • Have experience providing mental health coaching and/or life coaching in a Group setting • Professional and ethical responsibility to clients • Present and engaged listening skills • Experience dealing with a variety of clients and customers while maintaining professionalism • Respectful, kind, open-minded, and accepting of individuals with varied backgrounds and identities • Organized, dependable, and able to follow through • Ability to provide effective written and verbal communication • Tech-savvy and able to speak internet • Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required • Must work as an Independent Contractor
