📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of senior and mid-level software engineers • Ability to perform hands-on development as an individual contributor • Drive the successful migration of our auction site from WordPress to AWS serverless infrastructure • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, code quality, and agile best practices • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance throughout the migration process • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success • Manage resource allocation, performance reviews, and professional development for team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Strong background in AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, Node, React, and Python • Experience with migrating legacy systems • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
