• Lead the supplier selection and onboarding process for third-party fulfilment and logistics partners across multiple geographies. • Collaborate with the International Expansion team to build the roadmap for future launches and proactively research potential territories for suppliers. • Ensure adequate service level agreements (SLA’s) are built into agreements from the start and managed proactively. • Set and track supplier KPIs: OTIF (on-time in full), cost per shipment, complaint rate, and communication responsiveness. • Own the supplier relationship from contract negotiation through to weekly / monthly operational cadence. • Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Support, Tech) to ensure smooth integration of operations and systems. • Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis and performance recovery plans. • Review and validate monthly invoices ensuring timely payment for providers. ensure costs are accurate and matched to PO/contractual expectations. • Develop reporting dashboards and visibility tools to surface performance and establish regular cadence to feed back on performance to SLT members. • Ensure contracts are up to date and aligned with business growth.
• Strong experience managing third-party fulfilment or logistics partners. • Commercially sharp – confident negotiating terms and holding suppliers to account. • Clear communicator – able to hold regular performance reviews and escalate blockers. • Analytical – capable of spotting trends, issues, and diving into data. • Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred. • Familiarity with multi-region fulfilment operations is a bonus. • Good knowledge of health and safety processes / controls
