📋 Description

• - **Campaign Execution:** Plan and run customer acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels. • - **SEO & Distribution:** Support our SEO efforts with keyword research, backlinking, and optimization. • - **Content Marketing:** Create and repurpose content (articles, social, videos) to drive traffic and engagement. • - **Growth Experiments:** Run A/B tests and other experiments to optimize funnels and improve conversion. • - **Analytics:** Track performance metrics, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable next steps. • - **Community & Social:** Manage social media presence and engage with target communities. • - **Collaboration:** Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring campaigns to life.

🎯 Requirements

• - **1–2 years of experience** in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. • - SaaS / tech industry experience (internships or full-time roles). • - Strong communication skills — written and verbal (English and French). • - Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing metrics and dashboards. • - Curious and resourceful: willing to learn new tools, experiment, and take initiative. • **Nice to Have** • - Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics). • - Experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads). • - Basic technical skills (e.g., HTML/CSS, low-code tools, marketing automation, or light scripting). • - Experience creating or scaling video/social content.
