📋 Description

• Define and execute a company-wide data roadmap aligned with Brightline’s business, clinical, and growth priorities. • Translate strategic goals into measurable data initiatives that improve visibility, performance, and outcomes. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and accountability. • Establish clear ownership, career pathways, and operating rhythms that empower the team to deliver business impact. • Partner closely with Operations, Clinical, Growth, and Product leaders to translate business questions into data-driven insights. • Align teams around shared metrics and dashboards that drive transparency and informed decision-making. • Lead data governance and quality programs that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy standards like HIPAA and GDPR. • Create and maintain standardized company-wide KPIs that align to organizational goals and performance tracking. • Champion a culture of measurement, ensuring leaders have actionable insights at their fingertips. • Scale and optimize Brightline’s modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Stitch, Tableau, Sigma) to meet the needs of a growing hybrid care business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience. • 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles managing people. • Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering cross-functional data initiatives in high-growth or healthtech companies. • Strong SQL and data modeling skills, including experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt. • Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, and familiarity with data protection regulations such as HIPAA or GDPR • Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust and credibility across business functions. • Strong project management and prioritization abilities, with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
