📋 Description

• Jasper Health pairs people experiencing cancer with American Cancer Society-certified counselors for virtual, 1-on-1 support. • Seeking a dedicated Per Diem LCSW, Oncology Counselor to provide vital behavioral health counseling and psychosocial support to cancer patients. • Conducting initial psychosocial and behavioral health intake assessments and ongoing counseling sessions. • Provide individualized, one-on-one support to oncology patients.

🎯 Requirements

• Current LCSW state licensure (multiple states encouraged) Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in one or more of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Virginia, Washington State. • Proven experience in behavioral health and case management within oncology settings. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of community resources and crisis intervention strategies. • Knowledge of billing psychotherapy codes
