📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives from planning through implementation • Maintain HIPAA compliance and manage SOC-2 assessment processes • Provide technical support with emphasis on Apple environment • Effectively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders • Work closely with product managers and software developers • Maintain accurate technical documentation • Manage relationships with external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Technical project management experience (required) • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements and SOC-2 processes in a healthcare organization (required) • Experience providing technical support in Mac environments (v. important) • Proficiency with Google Workspace apps in a business context (v. important) • Comfortable working with / learning how to use modern tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Vanta, and generative AI tools (expected) • Basic understanding of AWS infrastructure (optional) • Rudimentary experience using technologies like Postgres, Python, Terraform, or Metabase (optional)
