• Serve as direct line of contact for staffed associates delivering onboarding, post-placement coaching, support, and ongoing management • Work cross-functionally and act as key point of contact for clients and associates • Ensure associates understand client expectations and have tools to succeed; address issues and form improvement plans • Establish and maintain strong relationships with associates to monitor role developments and responsibilities • Contribute to associate community, communications, and celebration of milestones • Collaborate with departments to implement systems, processes and procedures relevant to associates • Identify areas for growth, carry out special projects, and support business development • Review associate hours to remediate overbilling, incorrect billing, or unplanned overtime; manage overtime and leave claims • Proactively manage rate discussions with clients and associates in compliance with pricing and remuneration processes • Maintain people and account records in tracking database and stay up-to-date with contractual/service agreement documents • Coordinate with Finance, People Operations and Commercial to manage associate details and placement updates • Review and create Statements of Work (SOWs) and maintain reporting and documentation • Support Finance and Commercial to ensure invoices and payments are processed and managed in a timely manner • Build relationships with clients, gather feedback, facilitate and resolve feedback between associates and clients, and negotiate renewals/change requests • Actively seek new business opportunities with clients and share full-service capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional working experience • At least 3-5 years’ experience in people management, recruitment, client or project management • Experience working globally • Experience in building and managing relationships and projects virtually • Demonstrated experience prioritizing and managing several critical projects and clients simultaneously • Ability to converse with clients at all levels and convey a clear message • Ability to convey clear goals and objectives to the team and verbally inspire teams • Strong written communication skills; able to simplify client briefs • Ability to prioritise work to meet project deadlines and manage stress • Ability to work on many priority projects simultaneously and manage a changing task list • Logical problem solving and sound decision-making skills; analyze problems and sift out key issues • Cultural awareness and ability to manage expectations of clients and employees globally • Familiarity with HR/software databases for managing overtime and leave claims • Experience reviewing/creating Statements of Work (SOWs), managing invoices and payments in coordination with Finance/Commercial • Must be legally authorized to live and work in South Africa without requiring sponsorship • A recognized degree or diploma in a related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Education, Communications) is beneficial
