📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. • Lead the implementation and optimization of Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice to enhance operations. • Customize and configure Agentforce to streamline agent workflows and improve productivity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce applications. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers. • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Proven expertise in Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Agentforce. • Strong proficiency in APEX, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant are highly preferred. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Healthcare experience a plus.
