📋 Description
• Implement caregiver management strategies that support the company’s mission and objectives at the market level. • Direct daily operations of caregiver management across multiple markets, ensuring standard procedures for caregiver engagement, compliance, scheduling, and roster management. • Identify and address risks or challenges impacting caregiver engagement and retention. • Lead and coach caregiver management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. • Partner with HR, CTS, and Client teams to ensure cohesive caregiver support strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or work history equivalent • 8+ years of experience in operations or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or caregiving setting • Leadership experience of at least seven (5) years is strongly preferred • Experience in homecare, healthcare or healthcare services preferred.
