Candidates must be available during late afternoon/evening CET hours to align with core working hours in North America.
• 6+ years of experience in Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, or Internal Audit, preferably in a fintech or consumer finance environment. • Solid understanding of multiple regulatory environments – especially UK, US, Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands. • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) – required for daily communication, creating training content, and effective collaboration in a fully international environment. • Strong stakeholder communication and follow-up skills; ability to drive processes proactively. • Highly effective written and visual communication skills – capable of creating clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate training materials for diverse stakeholder groups. • Proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of GRC capabilities and tooling. • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines. • Willingness and flexibility to work during late afternoon and early evening hours (approx. 6:00–8:00 PM CET) to ensure effective collaboration with global teams across different time zones. • Proven experience with GRC tools – ideally AuditBoard and Compliance AI – will be an asset.
