• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key government and internal stakeholders. • Support government advisory projects from planning to completion, ensuring milestones and timelines are met. • Structure and organize presentations, workshops, and exchanges with government representatives. • Guide and support project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. • Support communications with government officials, intermediaries, local advisors, and internal partners. • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations and communication materials.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field). • Proven experience in project management, strategy consulting, or innovation management. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English required. • Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) are an asset. • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and related design tools. • Knowledge of government protocol and stakeholder engagement best practices. • Hands-on, results-oriented approach with strong organizational agility and ethical integrity. • Although the role is remote, the candidates need to be located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
