📋 Description

• Conduct customer research and interviews to understand user needs and uncover real-world challenges, and preferences to address complex problems • Translate customer insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps that guide investment decisions • Define and prioritize requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver product enhancements that provide measurable value to practices • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization – including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support – to bring products to market and ensure adoption • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment and shared understanding • Monitor payer trends, industry regulations, and competitive offerings to inform product direction and identify opportunities • Learn from and be mentored by senior product managers, gaining exposure to best practices while developing your own product management skills

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to deliver products that drive customer and business impact • Analytical and data-driven approach, leveraging customer insights and metrics to guide product decisions • Customer-focused mindset with experience engaging users to validate assumptions and solutions • Bias for action, with the ability to make decisions quickly and keep projects moving forward • Skilled in breaking down product goals into incremental, testable steps that align with iterative development practices • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present product progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, with an openness to feedback and growth
