📋 Description

• As a Product Designer at Hertility, you'll be the empathetic voice and creative engine of our product. • You’ll bring genuine curiosity to every challenge, working closely with the people who use and build our product as we work to revolutionise women's health. • You'll join a dynamic environment of highly collaborative Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Data Analysts, or PEDD as we like to call it. • You’ll transform complex problems into visually compelling, elegant experiences, contribute to our Disco Design System and see your work make a meaningful impact. • If you are energised by designing scalable solutions, contributing to a strong design culture and collaborating across disciplines, we'd love to have you on board!

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience, ideally within a B2C and B2B2C environment. • Good understanding of UX and UI principles. • Strong conceptual and creative mindset. • High proficiency in Figma • Exposure to usability testing, A/B testing, and other testing methodologies. • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. • Thrive working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Emerging strategic thinker, able to see the big picture and the smaller mechanics. • Problem solver, self-motivated. • Team player with a positive attitude.
