📋 Description

• Reporting to the Director of White Oils & Specialties • Responsible for the growth of the White Oils and Specialty Chemicals business • Support lead qualification, customer onboarding, distributor enablement and account development • Process, qualify, and assign all inbound leads across the sales team and distributor partner network • Identify new opportunities by analyzing UL Prospector insights and other lead sources • Follow up on tradeshow and event-generated leads to drive conversion • Accelerate growth in strategic segments and applications by identifying key targets • Develop share-of-wallet opportunities within the existing account base through regular engagement and solution selling • Analyze, trend, and act on the sampling program to improve conversion and customer engagement • Collaborate with Sales leadership to assess sales variances and identify improvement opportunities • Participate in cross-functional projects with supply chain, technical services, and product development • Maintain accurate tracking of contacts, leads, opportunities, and impact statements in Salesforce CRM • Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales administration or customer-facing experience • B2B sales experience, ideally in the petrochemical or specialty chemicals industry preferred • Bachelor's degree in business, sales and/or marketing, chemistry or other field related to this position • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset • Organized, analytical, and results-driven • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Speaking and writing multiple languages commonly used across the Americas and/or Asia considered an asset • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI • Familiarity with UL Prospector or similar lead generation platforms • Technical understanding of specialty chemicals or lubricants
