📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Appium. • Create and optimize automated test suites to support regression, integration, and performance testing. • Implement AI-driven testing scenarios and integrate GenAI tools into existing frameworks to validate reliability of large language models. • Perform API testing using tools such as REST Assured, Postman, or Swagger. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into effective automation strategies. • Mentor team members on automation best practices and help raise the team’s technical proficiency. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo. • Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or Gatling. • Document test cases, frameworks, and processes to ensure reusability and knowledge sharing. • Participate in agile ceremonies and continuously suggest improvements to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in test automation and QA, with proven success building frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript. • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, REST Assured, Postman, Karate, etc. • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo. • Experience with prompt engineering and integrating GenAI tools into automation workflows. • Knowledge of containerized environments using Docker. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
