📋 Description
• Design and run internal AI training programs tailored to each team's actual workflows • Establish org-wide AI best practices • Own build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling • Build and ship production internal AI tools for high-leverage workflows • Partner with Special Projects and the Sr. AI Engineer to translate Labs research • Define and report adoption metrics
