📋 Description

• Deliver official ITIL v4 (and later) training in alignment with PeopleCert standards • Facilitate interactive virtual or in‑person training sessions • Coach and support learners throughout the certification journey • Prepare participants for ITIL exams and issue official exam vouchers • Maintain high training quality and learner satisfaction • Keep course content updated with the latest ITIL and PeopleCert requirements

🎯 Requirements

• PeopleCert‑Accredited ITIL v4+ Trainer, authorized to deliver official courses and issue exam vouchers • Valid ITIL training certification through PeopleCert • Proven experience delivering ITIL Foundation and advanced modules • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities • Ability to train diverse technical and business audiences in both virtual and in‑person formats • Deep expertise in ITIL v4 and ITSM best practices • Excellent instructional, presentation, and learner‑engagement skills • Professional, organized, and customer‑focused approach
