📋 Description

• Act as a Workday SME for Reporting, Security, and HRIS administration • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, KPIs, and calculated fields • Configure security groups, domain security, role-based access, and business process security • Support Core HCM configuration, data governance, testing, and releases • Troubleshoot reporting, security, and configuration issues • Support Workday enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Active Workday Certification required • 7+ years of Workday experience with strong Reporting and Security expertise • Experience with Workday HCM, Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and Integrations • Experience supporting enterprise HRIS environments • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
