📋 Description

• Hightouch empowers companies to use their data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data (Composable CDP) and offers an AI Decisioning platform • Build delightful, intuitive interfaces enabling non-technical users to engage with advanced features • Architect and build features end-to-end for marketing and growth products • Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional partners (designers, product managers) • Work alongside ML engineers to surface insights that empower marketers

🎯 Requirements

• Front-end focused full stack engineer (70 - 80% front-end / 20 - 30% backend) • Proven experience building user interfaces from zero to one • Ability to independently lead and architect complex frontend systems • Proficiency building CRUD applications and understanding backend API design and data models • Experience with React and TypeScript; backend experience with TypeScript and some Go • Strong communicator with experience collaborating with product, design, solutions engineers, and customers • Experience working alongside ML engineers to surface insights
