📋 Description
• provide immediate responsibility and client interaction • work collaboratively within corporate and tax group • assist with substantive tax issues in M&A and related areas
🎯 Requirements
• at least two years of transactional tax experience • focus on substantive tax issues in M&A • experience with entity and fund formations or joint ventures at a recognized law firm • LL.M. in tax or CPA designation preferred • relevant tax controversy and general corporate experience considered • excellent academic credentials • strong written and verbal communication skills • strong work ethic
