📋 Description

• Maintain trusted, long-term partnerships with CEOs, CFOs, and CMOs. • Navigate 1–2 levels below the C-suite to engage Departmental Heads and Service Line Leaders. • Utilize a sophisticated understanding of healthcare economics to evaluate and prioritize use cases. • Demonstrate elite judgment in navigating complex environments within $5B+ health systems. • Drive exponential account expansion and increased utilization across the enterprise. • Partner with internal teams to transition opportunities from discovery phase to technical implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise healthcare transformation, strategic sales, commercial leadership, or high-level management consulting. • Exceptional Commercial & Clinical Fluency. • Track Record of Scale. • Consistent Excellence. • Political & Strategic Maturity. • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or other advanced degrees are highly preferred. • Willingness to travel 50%+ for high-touch, on-site discovery and executive engagement.
