📋 Description

‱ Manage and optimize Shopify listings, ensuring product and catalog accuracy. ‱ Assist in fulfillment tasks, liaising with the operations team as needed. ‱ Quality check on Shopify listings and product launches. ‱ Support promotional activities, potentially requiring familiarity with Shopify Scripts and launchpad for scheduling promotions. ‱ Experience with uploading mass SKU imports into Shopify. ‱ Ad-hoc reporting and dashboarding.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Shopify, including experience with Vlookups, and Shopify Scripts, product and catalog maintenance, and reporting. ‱ Nice to Have: Familiarity with Shopify apps, Looker, Shopify Collaborator, SharePoint and Pivot Tables. Experience with Teams and Outlook for internal comms. ‱ Cultural and Team Fit: Looking for someone comfortable with brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving, willing to suggest improvements and efficiencies in Shopify management.
