• Review and verify product listings, images, titles, and descriptions for accuracy and marketplace compliance • Optimize product titles and descriptions using SEO best practices and marketplace-specific guidelines • Act as second line of defense between Product Data Specialists and eCommerce Channel Operations to prevent listing errors • Investigate and resolve product listing errors flagged by sellers or through customer returns within 24-hour SLA targets • Correct images, descriptions, titles, and technical specifications for existing problematic listings • Conduct web research to source missing product information and high-quality images for issue resolution • Edit and optimize product images, ensure platform requirements compliance, perform basic editing (cropping, color correction, background removal) • Assess image eligibility for channels with strict requirements and collaborate with eCommerce Channel Operations to prevent uploads to restricted channels • Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, tracking, and bulk data cleanup • Manage tasks through Monday.com project management system while maintaining SLA compliance • Track resolution metrics, quality issues, and maintain performance benchmarks • Identify patterns in product issues, provide feedback to Product Data Leads and specialists to reduce future listing errors • Follow established standard operating procedures and quality standards for consistent issue resolution • Support AI image review processes and work with cutting-edge AI-powered tools • Work closely with Product Data Specialists, eCommerce Channel Operations, and Marketplace Inventory Operations teams • Provide input on proprietary tools to drive system improvements • Escalate complex issues to Marketplace Inventory Operations Catalog Lead when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Image editing proficiency - Advanced skills in photo editing software and optimization techniques • SEO knowledge - Strong understanding of SEO principles for product optimization and content creation • Data analysis expertise - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex data processing and analysis • Research capabilities - Excellent web research and data verification skills • Communication excellence - Strong English writing skills for seller interaction and documentation • Problem-solving expertise - Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex product issues under pressure • Quality focus - Systematic approach ensuring accuracy, completeness, and high attention to detail • Time management - Proven ability to work efficiently under 24-hour SLA pressure while maintaining quality standards • Process orientation - Understanding of marketplace requirements, compliance standards, and quality control procedures • E-commerce background - Experience in e-commerce operations, content creation, digital marketing, or customer support • Product listing optimization - Hands-on experience with marketplace listing management and optimization • Quality assurance - Previous QA/quality control experience, preferably in e-commerce environment • Preferred: Advanced technical skills - Web scraping, data extraction, and CRM system proficiency • Preferred: AI tools experience - Familiarity with AI-powered optimization and review tools • Preferred: Industry knowledge - Fashion/apparel merchandising background • Preferred: Platform expertise - Experience with multiple marketplace platforms and their specific requirements
