📋 Description

• Design and manage automated email flows across the customer lifecycle (welcome, cart abandon, win-back). • Execute weekly campaigns with pixel-perfect QA and on-time launches. • Segment and maintain subscriber lists to maximize deliverability and engagement. • Analyze performance data to optimize content, timing, and audience strategy. • Partner with design and marketing teams to align creative and conversion goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing within e-commerce. • Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email automation and segmentation). • Proficiency in Shopify CRM integrations and GA4 performance tracking. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Authorized to work as a remote contractor and available during Pacific Time hours.
