📋 Description

• In this role, you’ll act as a quality gatekeeper for AI conversations. Your work will directly impact how AI understands context, expresses empathy, and adapts to different audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Audit AI text for tone accuracy, emotional intelligence, and contextual fit • Identify common conversational issues (e.g., over-explaining, lack of personality) • Develop creative prompts and examples that guide AI behavior • Analyze humor, pop culture references, and archetype-based communication • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure rubric alignment • Mastery of conversational English with cultural nuance awareness • Ability to interpret complex instructions and apply them consistently • Confidence in balancing creativity with analytical evaluation • Awareness of trends in entertainment, social media, and storytelling • Experience in trust & safety reviewing, scriptwriting, or gaming community management • Understanding of AI dialogue systems
