📋 Description
• Provide technical direction and conduct rigorous code and schema reviews across code and DB stacks • Act as the primary technical liaison with the client’s Infra, InfoSec, and Development teams • Own confirmation of containerization strategy (Docker), data flow structure, and tech stack compatibility • Lead the definition of ingest data specs, normalisation rules, and monthly batch window constraints • Vet token management strategy, Redis TTL, secure secret storage mechanisms and align with security expectations • Own all technical documentation required for approval • Support the product and engineering team with technical confirmations and architectural trade-offs
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6 years in backend engineering and team/project leadership • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (NestJS) for API services • Python (High-level understanding) for ETL and AI pipelines • MongoDB – schema design, replica setup • Experience with Redis, Docker, and shell scripting for Linux VM environments (High-level familiarity) • Understanding of enterprise security protocols, enterprise technology infrastructures • Experience coordinating with enterprise clients, especially BFSI, on network access, deployment approvals, data sharing, and security reviews. • Strong communication skills for leading technical discussions with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
