• About the Opportunity • HireNow Staffing is actively hiring five seasoned Electrical Engineers who specialize in analytical design for power utility systems. • This is not a role for early-career engineers or generalists, it's for those who bring depth, precision, and a strong track record in utility consulting or power systems engineering. • You'll solve real-world challenges of grid stability, power quality, and electrical safety for large-scale utility clients. • You'll join a remote-first, engineering-centric firm that prioritizes deep technical rigor and career-long learning. • You'll have the freedom to dive deep into your engineering passion while still having the support of a structured, reputable organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Must-Have Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) • Minimum of 5 years direct U.S.-based experience in power systems engineering (utilities, EPC firms, or consulting) • Fluent in one or more of the core study areas listed above • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship • Preferred Qualifications • Professional Engineer (P.E. or P.Eng.) license strongly preferred • Graduate-level coursework or continuing education in: Power systems transients • Electromagnetic studies • Protective relaying • Familiarity with multi-client environments or project-based consulting work
