📋 Description

• Own and manage the CEO/founder’s calendar, inbox, and internal priorities • Serve as a gatekeeper and force multiplier—filtering decisions, streamlining workflows, and keeping the right things top of mind • Attend leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely execution across the team • Draft high-quality docs, internal memos, and communication on behalf of the executive team • Drive cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, setting timelines, and tracking progress • Establish structure around recurring ops processes (e.g., reporting, meeting cadence, internal SOPs) • Monitor progress across org priorities, flag blockers, and help solve for momentum • Liaise between leadership and teams to improve communication and reduce friction • Provide mentorship, structure, and oversight to junior Executive Assistants or admin support roles • Build out scalable workflows and templates to make the EA function more efficient • Act as a resource to ensure the exec support team operates with precision and alignment • Jump in where needed to stabilize or scale team operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience supporting senior executives or founders • Proven track record in EA, Chief of Staff, Strategic Ops, or high-level admin roles • Comfortable managing confidential information and working with C-suite priorities • A natural systems thinker who’s always looking to improve processes and anticipate roadblocks • Exceptional communicator (both written and verbal) with a strong executive presence • Experienced with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management platforms • Bonus: Experience working in startups, remote-first environments, or as a right hand to a founder • Bonus: Prior experience managing or mentoring other Executive Assistants
