📋 Description
• We’re looking for a Real Estate SEO Specialist to help realtors, agencies, or platforms stand out online and dominate their local markets. • This role is perfect for someone who knows how to rank for “homes for sale in [city]” and can turn keyword intent into high-converting real estate content. • 📍 Local SEO for Real Estate • Optimize GMB listings, local keywords, and real estate content • Content Strategy • Create or advise on neighborhood guides, listings pages, and blog content • On-Site Optimization • Ensure schema, URLs, tags, and property details are optimized • Tracking & Reporting • Measure rankings, calls, form fills, and local visibility metrics
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of SEO experience, ideally in real estate or local service industries • Familiar with GMB optimization, location pages, and local link-building • Proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush • Understands how real estate users search—and how to convert them • Bonus: Experience with IDX websites or real estate platforms
