• Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance Processor responsible for processing and managing policy applications, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and cancellations • Process new insurance policy applications and ensure required information and documentation are complete and accurate • Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner • Review policy applications for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate and organized client files and policy records; scan, file, and store documentation • Enter and verify policy information in the insurance management system; update and maintain client and policy databases • Assist clients with inquiries about policy status, coverage details, and billing; communicate with agents, underwriters, and stakeholders to resolve issues • Ensure processing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations; prepare reports on processing activities and performance metrics • Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and industry trends • This is a 100% Remote Work role; full time; $5/hr; dual-monitor required; Windows OS only

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable • Previous experience in personal lines property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable • Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx and CRM systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Effective verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Dual-monitor is required • Windows OS only, IOS is not accepted
