• Document existing workflows by shadowing and interviewing Mariah • Create step-by-step SOPs for editing, posting, ad management, and reporting • Build templates, checklists, and file organization systems • Design a knowledge base that makes processes easy to follow and improve • Edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts) • Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms • Set up and monitor ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for clients • Respond to comments and messages as needed • Track what's working and what's breaking • Suggest process improvements and efficiency gains • Update documentation as workflows evolve
