📋 Description

• Design product experiences across Goody’s responsive web application - including sender (e-commerce/SaaS) and recipient (consumer-facing) flows. • Own design projects from exploration to final polish, bringing emotional nuance into every screen. • Collaborate with product and engineering to evolve feature sets based on insights, data, and your design intuition. • Define and refine Goody’s visual language, including layout, typography (yes, Goody has its own custom typeface), and interaction. • Shape the future of gifting with elegant, useful applications of AI/ML. • Help Goody stay ahead as a category leader in UI/UX for business gifting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio that showcases polished, original, and delightful work. • Top 5% visual design talent with a mastery of composition, typography, spacing, and hierarchy. • Able to take a kernel of an idea and explore, iterate, and evolve it into a compelling solution. • Comfortable owning full feature work - strategy, flows, UX, visuals - and delivering autonomously. • Thrives in fast-paced, startup environments with a growth mindset and no-ego feedback culture. • Bonus: familiarity with ecommerce or gifting tools.
