📋 Description

• Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management • Identify clients' organizational challenges and, together with them, develop tailored solutions • Drive the change process in close collaboration with employees and management across various industries and the public sector • Further develop our consulting offerings by contributing your experience and new methods • Optionally provide technical leadership for junior consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment • Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or PRINCE2 • Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital world • Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and business • Very good presentation and communication skills in German • The list of requirements is a wish list.
