📋 Description

• Drive internal communications programs for employee engagement • Support external communications initiatives and events • Create content for internal channels, including intranet and newsletters • Coordinate internal events like town halls and employee conferences • Manage content for external audiences via website and social media channels • Collaborate with and manage external agencies as necessary • Conduct research and provide content support for media relations activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field • Excellent writing and editing abilities with experience creating content for diverse audiences and channels • Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital communication tools • Basic design skills and experience with presentation software • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions • Interest in energy, sustainability, or technology sectors is preferred but not essential
