📋 Description

• Looking for a strategic leader to drive the harmonization of engineering processes across global distribution transformers business • Aligning design, build, and delivery of transformers from customer request to final delivery • Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, and sales teams to ensure processes are efficient and aligned with business goals • Lead development of end-to-end engineering processes with focus on PLM, ERP integration, and digital tools • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field • 5–7 years of experience in engineering process or PLM management • Deep understanding of transformer manufacturing workflows • Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and ERP (e.g. SAP) • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
